Meet Our Manager
I joined the Pallant Centre as General Manager in August 2022. I have previous experience working with St Faiths and the activities at the Pallant Centre. I have become even more passionate about the opportunity we have to build a strong community in the heart of Havant.
My skills and background are in business management specifically around events and customer engagement. My vision is to build the Pallant Centre into an effective and sustainable community facility.
The team here are small but very resourceful. We have a working ethos of repair and reuse of what we can in order to be good climate citizens. We are also creative with the small funds that we have available.

Meet Our Pallant Assistant
Hello, I’m Gemma! I joined the Pallant in November 2023. I’ve lived in the Havant area since I was very young. I attended both the local primary and middle school. Moving on to Chichester High and later the University of Westminster in London. Having spent several years working for large companies in London, we chose to return to Havant with our children.
We have loved coming back to this area and feel quite spoilt with the beautiful coastline and surrounding countryside we have on our doorstep. Having moved here with small children, the community and opportunities for families has been a lifeline.
I am very excited to become involved with the Pallant and look forward to helping create a thriving community space for all, within the Havant area.
Meet Our Caretaker
John Glassett has worked at the Pallant Centre for nearly 5 years. John is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the centre.
He has volunteered for St Faiths for many years and is a valued member of the team.
John supports many of the projects around the parish most recently helping to install the serving counter in the Pallant Warm room.
