Meet Our Assistant Manager
Hello, I’m Gemma! I joined the Pallant in November 2023. I’ve lived in the Havant area since I was very young. I attended both the local primary and middle school. Moving on to Chichester High and later the University of Westminster in London. Having spent several years working for large companies in London, we chose to return to Havant with our children.
We have loved coming back to this area and feel quite spoilt with the beautiful coastline and surrounding countryside we have on our doorstep. Having moved here with small children, the community and opportunities for families has been a lifeline.
I am very excited to become involved with the Pallant and look forward to helping create a thriving community space for all, within the Havant area.
Meet Our Weekend Duty Manager
I’m Clare, and I joined the Pallant Centre as a volunteer a couple of years ago, helping with the warm space and evening events.
I previously worked for a local solicitors and Havant Borough Council after moving to the local area in 2013. I enjoy the diversity and community of the Pallant Centre and look forward to all the exciting up and coming projects.

Meet Our Caretaker
John Glassett has worked at the Pallant Centre for nearly 5 years. John is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the centre.
He has volunteered for St Faiths for many years and is a valued member of the team.
John supports many of the projects around the parish most recently helping to install the serving counter in the Pallant Warm room.
